KMail Header Format (3.4)

Hi.

I've been wondering how I can change the format of the message headers using Kontact/KMail so all of the TO, CC and BCC boxes will be displayed together, like with KDE 3.3?

With KDE 3.4, there's only one recipient box displayed, with the combo box that lets you change between TO, CC and BCC. I'd much prefer the traditional look. Is there any way to bring it back?
