how to customize contextual menu

Hi all!

I want to customize, if possible, the contextual menu that appears in konqueror file manager when I click the secondary -right- mouse button. Normaly, this button shows a menu where the first entry is "Create New" -well, I guess so because my menu is in Spanish.

Is it possible to add new entries in this menu without recompiling kde?
