Can't find X includes - Kopete Error on installation

Hello, I downloaded the Kopete 0.9.2 to install on Mandrake 10.1, and follow the recomendations of typing this chain, as showed in kde-apps, ./configure --prefix=`kde-config --prefix`, and everythinng is fine untill an error stops all:

checking for X... configure: error: Can't find X includes. Please check your installation and add the correct paths!

Then i tried just ./configure, but stops the same place...

I've never installed nothing this way, so i've no idea what is that.

Please help me :(
