missing theme manager

Hello Everyone!
I have been happily using Mandrake Linux 10.1 with KDE 3.2.3 for a month on a laptop and a desktop. Recently I decided to look for a theme, and suprise...can't locate the theme manager. Any ideas??? Looked at different forums and can't find an answer anywhere.
Wanted to download it and install it seperately but can't seem to find the source. The only one I found is kthememanager for KDE 3.3. Gave it a shot on the laptop but I get an error message while executing ./configure - "can't find X...check installation and install correct paths" - not sure what that might mean. On the desktop the installation was smooth, however even though I can see it, open it, can't use it.

I'm a little lost and probably doing silly things, any advice will be greatly appreciated.
