You might be looking for the general kde keyboard shortcute. In the Control Center | Accessibility | Keyboard Shortcuts (or some such variant) you can find Maximize, Minimize, and many others. This would apply to many more windows than just Konqueror. Maybe that would be an added bonus.

The "Keyboard Shortcuts" will do the job i think.
I shall see if the docs.kde.org site provide some more info about this.

why do that? that is silly, you can just move your mouse pointer to the corner of the konsole window and do the same thing.
i just dont get this i guess, if you need to resize your konsole window on the fly, why not just make it bigger to begin with? are you typing so much that you cant move your hand to your mouse and resize the window (which is probably faster than using the cursor keys on the keyboard after pressing an awkward key sequence like alt-F6)
just trying to understand why this would be needed
