Quanta: annoying tmp generated html sites

Quanta: annoying tmp generated html sites

Whenever I save a file in quanta it complains that this site was edited by another program (quanta haha) and wants me to compare with the tmp file generated by quanta.
This tmp file however is wrong - it contains letters like:
>GröÃere Zufriedenheit durch verbesserte AblÃ?ufe und optimierte
>Strukturen sind auch fÃ?r die Mitarbeiter die wesentlichen Vorteile. Als
>Qualit�tsbeauftragter können Sie ganz oder zumindest teilweise dem

whereas the original looks like:
>Größere Zufriedenheit durch verbesserte Abläufe und optimierte
>Strukturen sind auch für die Mitarbeiter die wesentlichen Vorteile. Als
>Qualitätsbeauftragter können Sie ganz oder zumindest teilweise dem

This makes it absolutely unusefull. So is there a way to switch this behaviour of ?
