I guess the mod would tell us to play for example kbounce and then take screenshot of the highest score you can get and post a link to the screenshots in this forum. Am I right?

Until the invitation framework in KDE is done, integrating the addressbook, messaging services like mailer apps and instant message apps and applications wanting to send an invitation somewhere, games like Atlantik would benefit from this as well. Good idea.

So as the new (mod) I'll like to continue this project. Now that I see there are a few people interested I would like to know what sort of games do you all want to play? I have a few suggestions: UT2K3, Quake3, SOF, Decent3, Tuxracer (great Game), Tron. Some games can be plaid online others can’t so I guess we will just have to see the score from screen shots. Just post your suggestion and I’ll set a date so that the gamming may begin. :D

Ok it has been long enough now, that we have been talking about it. It is actually time to do it. I would like any suggestion on multiplayer games that we may all enjoy.

I suggest
Wolfenstein ET or Quake 3 Arena

Any other suggestions?

I will be happy to host the game. As I normally host games for my own entertainment anyway.

And if you are all interested I can password the server so that only specific users can logon. And if you fancy winning a fully licensed copy of Doom 3 went it is released just join me at my forum.

Yea, ET is now my favorite FPS. Maybe we can have a KDE-Forum.org clan and jump into a server and start shooting?

Excellent although we would have to find out a convenient time as I believe there are 8 hours difference between us. It is my believe that I am 8 hour ahead from California so we would have to meet like early afternoon your time and late evening my time. What do you say?

I say sure! AIM sometime this week (I'm online a lot) and we can arrange a time for this coming weekend.
