Q2 Freak here, trouble getting Q2 running properly.

I'm having a problem getting Q2 to run properly.
I can finally get FullScreen,but I'm having issues with mouse and graphics.
I have an ATI 7500 video card.
What do I need to do to get this game running properly ?
