Customize Logout / Shutdown screen

Could anyone advice me how to customize the look & feel of the logoff/shutdown scheen of kde.

i have customized my own boot screens and boot manager screens, everything you need can be found at: http://www.kde-look.org/ . the section you are interested in is "Splash Screens". i found many there, and a few for KDM also.
