KDE menu
I'm trying to change the K menu,(for ex in windows you have "START")
I wanted to change the pic , does anyone know how ? I have been searching all over the contol center & no luck.
Distro suse9.0
I've been trying to do the same. So far, I think the only way is to change the kmenu.* icon in the icon set itself, since there is no properties window for the K Menu where you cna change the icon.

I know KDE has tons of docs, most of their docs seem to lack a lot of information, they dont really explain HOW TO going about doing, what you wanna do....I'm sure a lot of newb's like myself having a tuff time.
For ex: the most common question asked by newbies, how to connect to the internet...I some how playing around for hours & hours sloved that problem....but I have other question besides this which I can find any information at all...If you know what I mean.
The icon for the KMenu Button is called kmenu.png
You should be able to find it in the icon theme directory below the KDE install directory (usually /usr or /opt/kde3)

But what about the other icon sizes? o you have to change every one of them?

yes you would have to change every icon. Its tedious and it sucks, but at least it works.
