file notation add on

I'm looking for a file notation application that will work with Konquerer. This would be something that allows you to make short notes about a file. Nautilus in Gnome has this functionality built in and I have used a Windows application called File Annotator that adds a field to the context menu.

Does anyone know of a similar app for KDE?
