Themes in GTK apps / Changing KDE dpi

Whenever I use GTK apps in KDE, they won't use the ThinkGeramik theme that I set it to use in Gnome. Once I run the Theme applet in the Gnome Control Center in KDE, the GTK apps start using the right theme. Is there any way to fix this so I won't have to do that every time I restart KDE?

Also, after some searching, I found out that KDE uses a dpi of 112. I'd like to change it to 96 but I can't find a place to do that. Does anyone know how I can do this?
