Konqueror toolbar problems

I don't know why but Konqueror is showing some weird behavior, it won't show some of the toolbar buttons like "back" and " forward" just the ones for decreasing and increasing zoom. I already tried to "configure the toolbar" but that didn't help, it will only shows those 2 items. Any ideas on how could I fix this problem?

Press Ctrl-M to show the menu bar.

Then go to
Settings >> Toolbars
and select "Show Location Toolbar" and "Show Main Toolbar"

If this is fine - it could be that you are configuring the wrong toolbar -> There are Two "main" toolbars to configure - make sure you are not configuring the KHTML part toolbar.

Hope it works
