Can't find Theme Manager in KDE... HELP!!!

Hi,

This is my first post on this forum. And I am running into a problem that I have no clue how to fix. I currently installed SuSE 8.2 and running KDE 3.1. The problem is There is not a Theme Manager under the Control Center. I installed SuSE on another Box, and I have a theme Manager. I have looked everywhere on how to install the Theme Manager, but have had no luck. Could someone please help me out on this problem, I would be more then Grateful. Thanks.

I believe that theme manager is installed by default. 3.1.x has a new setup for the control center but it works just the same as far as I can tell. By default it is in control center under app. and themes. It should be near the bottom of the list. Other than that the best I can offer is how to do all the setup by hand using the config files. Try here for help on that http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=7178
