Dual Screens Questions

I'm trying to match my mouse button menus on my dual screen setup.

Using KDE 3.03, I go to the Desktop Control Center, Look & Feel.
and select Desktop. Doing this for both screens, under the Desktop tab
displays the same information about the nemu buttons.

However the mouse menu buttons are completely different on the two
screens.

Suggestions to match the menu buttons, either by using a "GUI" based
tool or modifiying a file in the /home/~usr/.kde/share/config directory?
