Add a second panel to KDE?

Is it possible to have a second panel running in KDE? I haven't seen anything in the configuration to let you do this.

Assuming you are using KDE3.1.x...

Right click on panel
Add->Extension->Child panel

Then in control panel->desktop->panels it will appear as 'Child Panel' where you can tweak it to just the way you like it.
