Changing the "Start Application" Icon

I searched everywhere on these forums before asking...

I'm running SuSE 8.1 with KDE 3.0. After installing and fooling around with themes and such, I've found a nice combo of window decoration and style. However, in the lower-left hand corner of KDE stands the KDE symbol. It's not exactly the one I want. I'm trying to get the Crystal Icon for KDE in size 48x48, but the one right now is currently the "default" theme KDE logo, less pretty than the Crystal version. I've been able to change all the other icons on the panel to the Crystal version of icons (i.e. home, kmail, konsole icons), but the KDE "Start Application" button I've been trying to change for days. Is there any way possible to change this icon?

Thank you very much! :D

Overwrite kmenu.png with your desired icon.
