KDE / X Bug? - Desktop colors messed up with lines, etc...

I’ve noticed that after installing Redhat 7.3 or 8.0 the default ‘bluish’ color will occasionally get messed up after logging off then back in again.

This also happens if you open a terminals (or other app) and move the window about on the desktop. I haven’t noticed this when using other desktop managers like blackbox, etc..

This also happens in FreeBSD as well. This is also not limited to one video card. I’ve used both a NV ti and different ATI cards..

Has anyone else experienced this issue??
