Kopete Text Formatting toolbar not usable

Kopete Text Formatting toolbar not usable

All;

I just setup Kopete and the icons and likewise the menu items for the text formatting in a chat window are all greyed out and un-usable. How do I fix this?

Some protocols like ICQ don't support "rich text". So the toolbar is disabled.

NOTE: It could also be that kopete does not support text formating for those protocols.
