Network card configuration in Control Center?

Hi,

I just reinstalled my Linux system. Before this, I have a module for configuring network card in the KDE Control Center, under Internet & Network menu (I installed it separately from my distribution's package). Using that module, I can easily disable or enable the network device. But unfortunately when I want to install the module again I forgot the package name, and I have tried to search through the internet but I still can't find it. I use Debian sarge. Can anyone help me to install it?
