[Kopete] How to set "Full Name" for IRC plugin

KDE-3.3
Kopete-0.9.0

Is there anyway of setting the "Full Name" parameter in the IRC plugin.

I am new to Kopete and IRC but I notice that in the information that the tooltip for a user shows there is a "Full Name" parameter. Mine always says "Kopete" although other users have meaningful "Full Name"s.

I have search the Kopete ML, wiki and this Forum but can't find any reference to this issue.
