Problems when tryin to get "online" in ICQ

Hi Folks

I don't know what is happening, but when I try to get on line in ICQ, it even connects, but immediate it disconnects and I receive the following error as an information of Generic erro of package: Service unavailable as a lost connection-Plugi-in do ICQ - kopete

It was working fine, but suddenly it works no more. May someone help me? :cry:
