Kopete 0.8 and Translation plugin

I need some assistance to get the translation plugin to work. Clicking to the menu option under tools dows not do anything nor is the messages translated be fore it is transmitted.

Is there anyone the could help to get this going?

I have just upgraded to Kde 3.2 and is using Kopete 0.8.
