Kopete Cannot connect to ICQ

I have KDE 3.2 installed on my Fedora Core 1, so the Kopete version is 0.8

I have read the faq in the site, so, I have fixed the MSN problem, however, I still can't get the ICQ connection working, is it a known problem and if it is, is there any workaround for that???

make sure you have port 5190 open.

I think it should, because I can connect to ICQ in Windows..... :? :?
