Kopete wont run

Hi
Problem ...

tiit@linux:/usr/local/kde/bin> ./kopete
QObject::connect: No such signal KopeteMessageManagerFactory::newEvent(KopeteEvent*)
QObject::connect: (sender name: 'unnamed')
QObject::connect: (receiver name: 'unnamed')
opete: relocation error: kopete: undefined symbol: _ZN16KopeteAwayActionC1ERK7QStringRK8QIconSetRK9KShortcutPK7QObjectPKcPS9_SD_
ERROR: Communication problem with kopete, it probably crashed.

What's wrong? Compiled version 0.8rc1 on SuSE 9.0 (KDE 3.1.4) there was no errors when compiling.
The old version that came with KDE is working.

Kopete .8rc1 is so ridiculously buggy, I would just stay away from it until either the final release or .8.1 comes out. Use .7.5. KDE 3.2 will be released next week, and the final version of .8 will come with it. It's your best bet.
