Kopete-CVS crashing on start

Hello there

I'm using Gentoo 1.4 and was using Kopete 7.3 until the MSN-plugin stopped working. So I tried to install the CVS version from today (18/11-2003) using the small guide. But kopete fails with this error:

Hi I am not sure if this help but I followed the instructions from the kopete webby and it worked for me. :roll:

export CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous@anoncvs.kde.org:/home/kde
cvs login
(No Password, just enter)
cvs co -rKDE_3_1_BRANCH kde-common
cvs co -l -rKDE_3_1_BRANCH kdenetwork
cvs co kdenetwork/kopete
cd kdenetwork
ln -s ../kde-common/admin
make -f Makefile.cvs
./configure --enable-debug=full (you may add more options)
cd kopete
make
su -c "make install"
