Lan Browsing with red hat 9

I always have this error message : "klauncher says : error during the loading of kio_lan" ... when I type lisa does not succeed nothing, but the file lisa there is ... can you help me?

Install the kde-devel group from the package manager. I was getting the same error until I installed it.
