what do you mean GTK-based? i know of browsers that are based on gecko however use gtk for the ui. (skipstone, galeon)

and instead of konqueror u could prolly put KHTML since thats a commonplace for the apple safari and Konqueror.

What I like especially in Konqueror is the theme Integration.
Every website has the same look as your whole system.
Also it's very easy to get different Javaversions work. Just set a different Path to java an go.
