Konqueror -- No menu bar, location bar, etc.

I'm running 1280x1024 and Konqueror doesn't show a menubar or anything, it is just a blank window. The same goes for file browsing with it. I tried Ctrl-M but it makes no difference.

I'm running KDE 3.1, does anyone know how to get my menus back? This didn't seem to affect it when running lower resolutions like 1024x768.
