Konqueror Quicktime Plugin

Do you think that now that Apple is using KHTML they will release a quicktime plugin for Konqueror any time soon????
I think that would be great if they did.

No. But I don't want to lose hope that QT and Adobe products will be released sometimes.

mplayer can play a lot of Quicktime content, if you have a recent version.

The thing is that if you go for example to http://www.apple.com/trailers/ you can't download the .mov but you have to watch it in the browser. So if there was a quicktime browser plugin for konqueror it would rock and you wouldn't have to look for a way to download the file to watch it.
Hopefully some day Apple will decide to port a konqueror plugin....

This plugin will allow mplayer to play quicktime movies inside the konq browser without having to d/l the whole movie. I've had a little trouble getting it to work properly (seems to only play what it buffers, which is usually just the first few seconds). But if I do a preview while file browsing, it will play the movies without a hitch.

If someone knows a work around for my buffer prob.. let me know
