Custome Reports/Envelopes from Kaddress

Anyone know how to write custome reports and/or print envelopes from Kaddress? This seems to be an essential feature that is missing from the default distribution.

I think KWord can do mail merge from a KAddressBook Resource.

Seems a bit extreme to print one envelope

Also it would be quite difficult to write a customised report in KWord
