Kadressbook import and export

Because professional reasons, I must have two Gentoo systems. The first one is a AMD2400 Desktop and the second, a Centrino1.6 laptop. I use KDE in both. When I'm working I can stand out of home about 3-5 weeks, working with laptop. I've look for a secure way to "synchronize" the two kaddressbook database. I've tried to export laptop's as vCard and import into Desktop, but (normal!) all the entries appears duplicated. Is there a safe way to merge only the new changes intho the database? thanks
