ipaq running Windows CE

I have a Compaq iPAQ 3870, running Windows CE. Due to my employers (un-)wisdom, we all run Windoze at work, no possibilities for Linux.
I would like to be able to synchronize my iPAQ also with my Linux box at home, running Mandrake 9.1.

Rumours say there exists a tiny program making this possible. Anyone knowing more: what and where?
