Panel icon with kde3.2

Hi

does someone know how to increase the size of the panel icons in kde 3.2.2.
When I resize the panel KDE change the icon size automatically. But the Problem is that the icon size is 32x32 for Normal panel size and decrease in 16x16 for small panel size and less.
My problem is that I want to use icon size 22x22 with small panel size and it appeare to be impossible on KDE 3.2. On kde 3.1 I had successful done it but I don't remember how I did it.
