starting konsole with various fonts

Hello!
i am a newbi and my question me be silly and already answered:

i try to start some konsole-windows with different fonts.
the option --font fontname does not work.

i am not shure if i use a correct fontname. i got no error message but also nothing changed.
an example of an working fontname could be very usefull :lol:
