KDE configure destop is blank

Hi. I'm using MDK10 b2.
Well at some point I found out that KDE configure destop is blank now.
I guess I messed domething, but ow to help it? Can I reinstall some of rpms to fix this thingi. And yes, all items are still accessible through configure kde in menu - thre is only configure desktop that is blank (on left side window).
