KDE 3.2b1 issues

So I installed the Suse KDE 3.2b1 rpms, did a reboot, and it booted up into KDE. Alriiight. But I'm having some major issues:

The Kmenu is empty, and if I right click to go into any type administrative screens (kcontrol, configuration windows, configure the kicker/desktop, etc) either nothing happens, or my KControl is just plain empty.

I'm guessing I forgot to install some key part of KDE here...or something....anybody know how to fix this?
