using ICEWM in kde ..
Hello everyone , first post
Here is my question , I'm running a gentoo linux distro using kde. Now I want to use the ICEWM with my running kde how can I accomplish this ?
You can modify the startkde script to pass your windowmanager to ksmserver when it is started.
My script on Debian says, it will read the KDEWM environment variable and pass its content to the ksmserver startup.
Maybe this works on gentoo as well.
Cheers,

I think it is the session mananger, restoring the previously saved session, including all apps and their state.

Hmm, no idea. Maybe in KDE CVS somewhere.
