Is it posible to allow scrollwheel scrolling when "holding" a file?

For example.
Open op a large directory in tree viewmode. One with 2-3 pages of directories.
Then expand the top and bottom directories.
Now I'd like to move a file from the top directory to the bottom one.
To do this I normaly have to place the cursor in the bottom and wait for it to scroll down. Which is extremely irritating when organising large directories.

Is there a simple way of makeing it possible to use the scroll button while "holding" the file?

Could be a Qt limitation.

You could write an example using some QScrollView derived class, for example QIconView, and see if you can implemented it there.

RE: Konquorer

This is a **KDE Development** forum not a KDE support forum.

Well, just drag it to the end to make it scroll down.
