Merged menubar and titlebar

I found an interesting screenshot at the following URL:

The above article shows a screenshot of Kwin with menubar and titlebar merged. I haven't been able to find any option in systemsettings to get my window titlebar look like that. The style is default oxygen so its not a special add-on style that does it.

Question: does anyone know how to merge menu with the titlebar? It looks cool and saves screen space too :)
