Too many Activites!!

KDE 4.4.4 release 3
opensuse 11.3
windows manager:kwin
/enable desktop effects/enable cube

Problem: <multiple desktops> and I enable <different activities for each desktop>. The problem is that I always get as number of activities=number of desktops+1.
For example I mark 5 desktops, then if I zoom out I have 6 desktops not 5 as it should. If I tried to remove it when they are zoomed out, it deletes it but immediately makes a new one so you always end up with an extra activity.

Of course these creates confusion with the desktops.

Any tips.
