Which distribuntion to choose?

Hello

I have an X41 tablet, and I want to install a Linux distribution with KDE on it.

My requirements are -
- Low power consumption (comparable to Windows 7)
- I'll have full tablet functionality (like buttons and screen rotation - I can tweak around, no need for out-of-the-box)
- Good community support
- Can make do with about 3GB for files (so I can have room for /home and other programs)
- Relatively easy to configure and quickly use

I've tried Kubuntu and openSUSE, and I like openSUSE but I prefer something less heavy.
