Can someone identify this theme for me?

A couple of weeks ago I installed KDE 4.5 on top of my Ubuntu 10.04 system and fell in love with it. I did some tweaking and thought I was saving my important settings before I did a (mostly) fresh install of Kubuntu 10.04 with KDE 4.5 but I seems to have had a Plasma theme before that I can't seem to find again.

The big question is about the analog clock. Can anyone identify what clock this is? I really like what I had but I'm at a loss as to how to get it back, even after several hours of searching KDE-look.

Did you find it in the meantime? If not and if it's still relevant: it is "Clean-Blend", shown in systemsettings as "Blend".

I had completely forgotten I had this thread here. I ID'd it a month or so ago. I love having my nice clock back on my desktop.
