KDE4 and Opensuse 11.2 - KDE Action Restriction does not work

Hi [KDE] fellows,



I'm working with Opensuse 11.2 and KDE 4.3.5. I tried to restrict the
run command (with Alt-F2) in the kdeglobals file:



~/.kde4/share/config/kdeglobals



[KDE Action Restrictions]

run_command=false


After restarting KDE there is no effect. :(

With Opensuse 10.3 and KDE 3.5 it works fine. ;)



Any Ideas ?
