Kate/KWrite: Automatic code folding for multiline comments.

I have been searching for a method of folding/unfolding all multiline comments in a file using Kate and have not yet come across any solutions. It seems easy enough to write a plugin for, and I'm sure someone somewhere has done it.

Has anyone encountered a way to achieve this? Thanks for any input.
