KDE 4 fonts and firefox fonts

Hi, ive just installed the true type fonts (arial, times... etc) and i was wondering which configuration to use for KDE 4 fonts and Firefox fonts. My current setup from firefox+windows 7 (which i really like but cant imitate in linux) is:

Please help get this nice configuration o something similar.
