Kmail - "Increase/Decrease Indent" not enabled

I have been trying Kmail in order to make it my default message client. Everything is working very well but the Ïncrease/Decrease Indent" icons. They are not enabled.

Is there any configuration that prevents that? I have been trying to find it but I am not being very sucessfull.

I am running openSUSE 11.2 with the default KDE version 4.3.1.
