A Suggestion for a Feature - Lock Individual Virtual Desktops

Sorry, I wasn't really sure where else to put this:

I was thinking, it would be great if individual virtual desktops could be locked, such that a password is required to switch to that specific virtual desktop or switch to any apps running on that virtual desktop.

Some things that I can see that it would be necessary to consider:
- Interactions with running programs (e.g. multiple sessions of OOo an the "Window" menu)
- Cross virtual desktop "Alt + Tab" switching etc.
- Visibility of windows when desktop effects are enabled (e.g. the giant cube) - grey out locked desktops?

I realise that this may not be possible, and even if it is, it is still unlikely to be foolproof, but if it works, it could be quite useful.

BTW - It has taken me a while to fully commit to KDE 4, but it truly is a very nice system. It's pretty, stable and intuitive.
Keep up the good work! :D

Thanks,

Ollie
