[kopete] don't work file trasfer via jabber

I can not send a file via jabber. My xml console after clicking send

My jabber server jabbim.cz, proxy server specified in the settings for file transfer, proxy jabbim.cz.
User, to whom I send the file does not receive any messages. I was able to send a file only bot public@disk.jabbim.cz and nothing anyone.
