Dialog Window Placement Question

Greetings

Trying to get a custom dialog window to pop-up on another workstation when a user launches it from a different workstation.

For example, on workstation A launch an application, and it launches on workstation B.

Or, another solution, with a 3-headed workstation with each head a separate instance (:0.0, :0.1, :0.2) is there a way to forcre the window behavior to pop up on a different head without using Xinerama or TwinView?
